• When you submit a service request, we share your contact information with licensed HVAC contractors in our network
• This is the core function of our matching service
• Up to 3 contractors may receive your information

We DO NOT sell your information for marketing purposes:

• We don't sell your data to data brokers
• We don't sell your information to unrelated third parties
• We don't use your data for unrelated advertising

How to Opt-Out

If you wish to opt-out of having your information shared with contractors:

Include: Your name, email, phone number used when submitting request

Subject line: "Do Not Sell Request" or "Opt-Out Request"

What Happens After You Opt-Out

• We will not share your information with additional contractors
• Your information will be removed from our active database
• Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
