West MI HVAC is a lead generation and matching service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC contractors.

We are NOT an HVAC company. We do not:

• Perform HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance services
• Employ HVAC technicians
• Guarantee the quality of work performed by contractors
• Set pricing for HVAC services

3. Our Role

West MI HVAC acts solely as an intermediary to:

• Collect your service request information
• Match you with contractors in our network
• Facilitate initial contact between you and contractors

All work is performed by independent contractors, not by West MI HVAC.

4. Contractor Independence

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for:

• Their own licensing and insurance
• Quality of workmanship
• Pricing and estimates
• Customer service and communications
• Warranty and guarantees on their work

5. No Warranties

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Contractor availability or response times
• Quality of work performed by contractors
• Pricing or cost estimates provided by contractors
• Completion timelines
• Contractor reliability or conduct

Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

West MI HVAC is not liable for:

• Any work performed (or not performed) by contractors
• Damages resulting from contractor services
• Disputes between you and contractors
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss
• Contractor fraud, negligence, or misconduct

Your maximum remedy against West MI HVAC is limited to the fees you paid to us (if any). Since our service is free to homeowners, you acknowledge that you have no monetary claim against us.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Verify contractor credentials independently
• Obtain written estimates and contracts from contractors
• Check contractor licenses and insurance before hiring
• Not use our service for illegal purposes

8. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by:

• Contractors in our network via phone, email, or text
• West MI HVAC for service-related communications

You may opt-out of future communications at any time.

9. Contractor Screening

While we attempt to screen contractors for basic licensing and insurance requirements, we:

• Do not guarantee the accuracy of contractor credentials
• Do not perform ongoing monitoring of contractor performance
• Recommend you independently verify all contractor information

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and contractors must be resolved directly with the contractor. West MI HVAC is not a party to these disputes.

Any disputes with West MI HVAC shall be governed by Michigan law and resolved in Kent County, Michigan courts.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless West MI HVAC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your interactions with contractors
• Services performed by contractors

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
